Please note: 

  • Refunds will only be approved once we have received and inspected the returned item.
  • You will receive confirmation from us once we have approved the return and refund and you should receive your refund via your original payment method used for the order. This process usually takes 2 to 4 business days.
    • Please be mindful that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. You should expect your refund within four weeks from the date of your return; however, the process usually will be much faster. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return package (5 to 10 business days); the time it takes us to process your return (2 to 4 business days); and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

    Defective or Damaged Product Issues
